According to the forecast issued by the Director Vikram Singh of the Meteorological Department, the sky will rain havoc for Uttarakhand on 2 and 3 September. Scientists have issued a warning of heavy rains for Dehradun, Haridwar, Pauri, Tehri, Pauri, Rudraprayag, Uttarkashi, Chamoli Nainital, Pithoragarh, Champawat and Udham Singh Nagar districts today.
