To make the police system in Dehradun more organized and disciplined, the SSP of Dehradun has issued strict instructions to all station house officers. It has been clearly stated that a high standard of cleanliness must be ensured at all police stations and outposts.
Police personnel to perform community service on a rotational basis
Dehradun SSP Ajay Singh has ordered that every Sunday, police personnel will perform at least one hour of community service on a rotational basis. During this time, special attention will be paid to cleaning the police station premises, barracks, mess hall, toilets, and office areas. He has also instructed all station house officers to complete their half-yearly inspections soon.
CM conducted a surprise inspection of Dalanwala police station
It is worth noting that last Friday, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami conducted a surprise inspection of the Dalanwala police station. During the inspection, the CM expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the police station.
