Prices Set to Rise in the Coming Weeks
While changes have been implemented in the prices of commercial and wholesale LPG, the hike in gas cylinder prices will have a direct impact on establishments such as restaurants, hotels, and bakeries. These businesses rely on commercial LPG for their operations. Consequently, the impact of this price hike may be reflected in the cost of food items in the coming weeks.
Prices of ‘Chhotu’ Cylinders Also Rise (5kg Cylinder)
In addition to the above, the price of the 5-kilogram Free Trade LPG (FTL) cylinder has also increased. These cylinders are not eligible for any government subsidy.
