The journey from Delhi to Dehradun will now become expensive. There will be an increase in toll tax on NH-58 going from Delhi to Dehradun from July 1. Every year after taking the permission of NHAI, Sivaya toll is revised. Last year no changes were made due to the Corona epidemic, but this year the toll is likely to increase.
Permission has been sought from NHAI Headquarters to revise the toll. The revised rates will be implemented in toll from July 1, as soon as permission is received from the headquarters. Due to which the journey from Delhi to Dehradun is going to be expensive. Let us tell you that like every year, this year also the prices of Sivaya toll will be increased as per the rules. For revision of toll, permission is first taken from NHAI, only then changes can be made in it.
At present, if we look at the toll rates, then the normal fare for car, jeep, van etc. is Rs 85 and for local people it is Rs 20 and for local commercial it is Rs 40. Similarly, for light vehicles, the general public reads to pay a toll of 155, 20 for the local people and 75 for the local commerce. Similarly, the toll of trucks and buses is 310 for general people, 20 for local people and 155 for local commerce. For multi-functional vehicles, the general public has to pay Rs 500, the local people 20 and the local commerce has to pay 250.
