The current and former chief ministers can’t avoid accusing each other in this matter.
Congress will start statewide agitation with fast on the banks of Ganga in Haridwar from June 25
Congress is going to make a big issue of fraud in the Corona investigation during Haridwar Mahakumbh. State Congress President Pritam Singh alleged that the government is directly involved in this fraud. Its judicial inquiry should be conducted by a sitting judge of the High Court. Congressmen will start a state-wide movement on June 25 with a fast on the banks of the Ganges in Haridwar regarding this issue. In a conversation with journalists on Saturday at the State Congress Headquarters Rajiv Bhawan, Pritam Singh attacked the BJP over the Corona investigation case. He said that the BJP government is responsible for the spread of corona infection in the country and the state as well as for premature death due to corona. The case of corona investigation is not just economic irregularity, but it is a case of crime. A murder case should be registered against the government and the Chief Minister in this case. State Congress President Pritam Singh said that the present and former Chief Ministers cannot escape from each other in this matter. In this case both are equally guilty. The government of huge majority has tarnished Mother Ganga. He raised questions on the signing of MoU between Maxwell Services and two companies Nalwa Labs and Lal Chandani, allowing the said institute to conduct corona test without ICMR’s no-objection from the government. Also, on April 1, the corona infection rate of Haridwar districts was 75 percent less than the other 12 districts, which came down to 85 percent on April 2. From May 1 to June 15, the corona positivity rate of Haridwar is 55 percent less than the other 12 districts.
He said that the investigation work is also going on with their help. In the name of investigation, there should not be a hoax. If this happens, Congress will protest fiercely. State Vice President Suryakant Dhasmana, Former MLA Vikram Singh Negi, Jot Singh Gunsola, State General Secretary Rajendra Shah, Dr. Pratima Singh, Mahesh Joshi were present on this occasion.
