Himachal Pradesh / Solan : District Legal Services Authority Solan made people aware to protect against COVID
Gurmeet Kaur, a member of the District Monitoring Committee constituted to prevent and prevent the possible third wave of Kovid-19 in Solan district and Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority, Solan, visited various gram panchayats of Dharampur, Solan and Kandaghat development blocks of the district. He urged people to wear masks properly covering their nose to chin, follow social distancing rules and frequently clean their hands with soap or alcohol-based sanitizer. The member of the District Monitoring Committee urged the people not to come out of their homes unnecessarily.
He urged the panchayat members of all the gram panchayats to motivate the people in their respective areas for vaccination so that by achieving the goal of 100% vaccination, everyone can be kept safe from corona infection.
Gurmeet Kaur also sensitized the people of village panchayat Cheva of development block Solan and Cheva of Kumharhatti, Haripur Udaipur, Phalwan, Khil, Badser, Kyaar etc. about the possible third wave of corona outbreak. He also made the teachers and workers of Industrial Training Institute Solan and 14 contractors and workers engaged in construction work here aware about the prevention of corona.
He also did surprise inspection of various gram panchayats of Kandaghat development block. He apprised the people at all places about the measures to be followed to follow the COVID rules and to fight against Corona. The Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Solan, examined the preparations and arrangements made for the prevention of COVID-19 in Civil Hospital
Dharampur and Chail and listened to the problems of the people present.
