Uttarakhand / Haridwar : Factory management violating labor laws : Manoj Dwivedi
Aam Aadmi Party leader Manoj Dwivedi has said that the workers of Satyam Auto, who have been agitating for their demands for many years, were forcibly removed from the company gate by the company management and the police administration. From this it seems that there is no such thing as law and order in the state. He said that labor laws were being violated openly. About 400 employees were fired by the Satyam factory management in violation of labor laws. Since then, the employees have been agitating for the demand to be taken back on the job. Even after the instructions of the labor department and administration, the company management is not ready to take back the employees. The fired workers and their families, who have reached the verge of starvation, are wandering from door to door for justice. But the regional MLAs, state government and other public representatives remain insensitive to the harassment of the employees. Manoj Dwivedi said that the factory management should immediately take back all the fired employees. He demanded from the government that action should be ensured against the factory management who violated the labor laws.
