Uttarakhand / Rishikesh : Traders honored Rishikesh officials

Traders of Rishikesh honored police officers. Traders said that with the arrest of high profile Baba who cheated in the name of treatment, the police has done a great job by recovering 100 percent jewellery. Traders say that due to the opening of Baba’s pole in time, other traders have been saved from being a victim of fraud. In the honor ceremony organized in Kotwali on Saturday, traders honored Superintendent of Police Rural Swatantra Kumar Singh, Police Officer DC Dhoundiyal, Kotwal Shishupal Singh Negi, SSI Manmohan Singh Negi. Hitendra Panwar, vice-president of the Jewelers Association, said that people’s faith in the police has increased after Baba’s arrest. Due to the timely arrest of Baba, the other traders were saved from falling prey to fraud. Among those who respected the police, Devbhoomi Vyapar Mandal’s state president Rajkumar Agrawal, city industry trade federation president Sanjay Bhatt, city industry business delegation president Lalit Mohan Mishra, general secretary Prateek Kalia, Rotary Club president Sanjay Saklani, Harish Gavadi, Sandeep Gupta, Sanjay Panwar, Ravi Agarwal, Keshan Ahuja, Kewalkrishna Lamba, Vivek Verma, Anita Raina, Roma Sehgal, Rajni Bisht etc. were included.
