Uttarakhand / Haridwar : Rising inflation made life difficult for poor, middle class: Vimla Pandey

Mahila Congress district president Vimla Pandey said that the Modi government at the Center and the double engine government of the state have completely failed in fulfilling the promises made to the people. Due to the wrong policies of the Modi government giving protection to the capitalists, the life of the poor, working, middle class has become difficult due to rising inflation. The price of LPG has become out of reach of common man. It has become difficult for women to run kitchens due to the rise in the prices of all essential commodities including edible oil. The Modi government, which came to power in 2014 by promising to reduce inflation, has proved unsuccessful in fulfilling the promises. Due to rising unemployment along with inflation, common people are facing a lot of problems. But instead of solving the problems of the people, the government is engaged in fulfilling the interests of the capitalists. Vimla Pandey said that the double engine government of the state has also proved to be a failure along with the Modi government. Due to the failures of the double engine government, unemployment is at its peak in the state. Youth are forced to migrate in search of employment. Women are not safe in the state. Crimes against women have increased. BJP MLAs and office bearers are facing allegations of harassment of women. He said that the people of the state, who are disappointed with the double engine government, have made up their mind for change. In the assembly elections to be held next year, the Congress will form the government in the state by winning heavily. During this, women Congress workers under the leadership of Vimala Pandey welcomed the coordinators of Mahila Congress Pushpa Shokta and Aarti Nirmohi, who came on a tour of the district, by garlanding them.
