State level employees including Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee and Balrampur Hospital of the capital on Monday demonstrated vigorously for their various demands. Employees raised their voice on Quit India Movement Day across the country on the call of IPSAF. Told that a memorandum was sent to the Prime Minister and the Chief Ministers of the states regarding their various demands. In which the employees across the country raised their demands on the movement day with slogans like New Pension Scheme, Stop Contract Contracting, Quit India, Disparity in Salary Allowances, Quit India, etc. Along with the state employees of the country, central employees, civic employees, contract employees protested by shouting slogans in their respective offices. In Uttar Pradesh, the program was led by the State Employees Joint Council. Memorandum was sent by the unions concerned with the employees. The major program in Lucknow was held at Balrampur Hospital, in which EPSF National President VP Mishra, President of the Council Suresh Rawat, General Secretary Atul Mishra, Senior Vice President Girish Chandra Mishra, Organization Head KK Sachan, Spokesperson Ashok Kumar, District President Subhash Srivastava, IPSEF Spokesperson and Pharmacist Association President Sunil Yadav, Secretary Dr PK Singh, Council Vice President Dhananjay Tiwari, SK Pathak, JP Maurya, Optometrist Association President Sarvesh Patil, Satish Yadav, Abhay Pandey, DD Tripathi, RKP Singh, Ram Manohar Kushwaha, Shravan Sachan, Sunil Kumar Media Incharge, Rajesh Chaudhary Divisional Minister, K. Secretary Kamal Srivastava Ajay Pandey, General Secretary Ashok Kumar, Council’s District Minister Sanjay Pandey were present along with. National President of ipsef VP Mishra said that the Central Government announced the restoration of Fridge Dearness Allowance. In other states including the state, dearness allowance has not yet been announced. IPSAF has urged the Prime Minister to decide on the principle of one nation one pay. Mishra said that the employees of the whole country are not accepting the new pension scheme, so the old pension scheme should be implemented on all the employees by abolishing this scheme. Said that the practice of privatization in the country is not in the interest of the public and permanent posts should be created, all the vacant posts should be filled, promotion should be done, the contractual and contractual system should be abolished. They should be made permanent by making a policy. Council President Suresh Rawat, General Minister Atul Mishra said that it is necessary to stop the delay in getting the ex-gratia amount of 50 lakhs to the family of martyr Corona Warriors. IPSEF national spokesperson Sunil Yadav said that the program was held in various offices in most of the states of the country. The employees raised their voices with slogans. In the offices of Roadways, Sugarcane, all the hospitals, Forest Department, Business Tax, KGMU, Dr. RML Institute, Social Welfare etc., the employees of the council raised their voice by shouting slogans.
