Uttarakhand / Dehradun : DM did surprise inspection of Tehsil Vikasnagar today

District Magistrate Dr R Rajesh Kumar took stock of the arrangements by conducting a surprise inspection of Tehsil Vikasnagar today. During the inspection, he inspected the office attendance register. He also obtained information from the Deputy District Magistrate Vikasnagar regarding the pending cases in his court. During the inspection, he instructed the personnel present that the problems of the public should be resolved at the speedy speed so that people do not have to make unnecessary rounds of the offices. During this, he also obtained information regarding the field personnel, who directed the Deputy District Magistrate Vikasnagar to submit the report of which personnel are in which area and for what work they have gone. He directed to resolve the complaints being received on CM Helpline and CM Dashboard on priority. He takes immediate cognizance of complaints of illegal encroachments on government land and directed to take action as per the prescribed provisions. He also inspected the Tehsil systematic disaster control room, taking information about the personnel posted in the control room and also got information about the complaints received today and the condition of the roads. He directed Deputy District Magistrate Vikasnagar to keep attendance register in the control room and monitor it daily.
