Supreme Court was annoyed on hearing ‘Tarikh Pe Tarikh’, this decision was given after hearing of the case was postponed 78 times
The Supreme Court has expressed displeasure over the 78 postponement of hearing by a lower court in Dehradun. The Supreme Court has directed that the trial court should complete the trial in this matter within six months. In the case of cheating and forgery, 3 people were made accused in 2014 and the trial in his case was postponed 78 times.
