Delhi : Gang war once again in court, two miscreants were killed

The gang war was once again carried out in the Rohini Court of Rohini district of the capital Delhi. On Friday afternoon, the notorious crook Jitendra alias Gogi was brought to the court for appearance. During this appearance, two men dressed as a lawyer opened fire on him. In retaliation, shots were also fired from the Special Cell, in which both the attackers died. In this way, a total of three people including gangster Gogi died in the incident.
According to a senior police officer, Jitendra was arrested by the Special Cell of Delhi Police in the year 2020. He was arrested along with three other accomplices from Gurugram by the counter intelligence team. At the time of his arrest, a reward of Rs 8 lakh was announced by the Delhi Police on him.
Was accused of incidents like murder and attack on police.
He was involved in murder, kidnapping, assault on police etc. He was kept in jail since his arrest. On Friday, the police and counter intelligence team of 3rd Battalion had brought him to Rohini court to present him. During this, two men wearing the dress of a lawyer came there and they opened fire on Gogi.
To save him, the team of Counter Intelligence also opened fire on the attackers, in which both the attackers died. Both these attackers had entered the Rohini court wearing the dress of a lawyer so that no one could stop them. The identity of both the miscreants killed in this incident is not yet known.
The enmity with the Tillu gang is a decade old.
Jitendra alias Gogi, who was injured in the incident, died on the spot. Delhi Police says that a total of three people have died in this whole incident. The investigation is going on in the whole matter. It is noteworthy that there is a gang war going on for almost a decade between the slain Jitendra Gogi and Sunil alias Tillu, a resident of Tajpuria in Alipore.
So far more than 20 murders have been carried out in this gang war. Police sources believe that Sunil alias Tillu may be involved in this murder. However, to gather information about this, the police team is still engaged in the investigation.
Delhi Bar Council condemned the incident
After this incident, Delhi Bar Council President Rakesh Sehrawat has condemned the incident. He said that this incident of shootout in Rohini court is a big lapse in security. Such incidents are happening continuously and the security of the court is in danger. Even after raising this issue with the police commissioner, no concrete steps have been taken. Rakesh Sehrawat further said, repeatedly such incidents happen due to the carelessness of the security personnel. In view of the meeting convened by the Coordination Committee of the All District Court Bar Association of Delhi, the proceedings of the Rohini Court have been adjourned for a day. All members have been asked to abstain from work on 25th September
