Armaan Kohli’s bail plea rejected
Bombay High Court has again rejected the bail plea of Armaan Kohli trapped in the drugs case. On October 25, a bail petition was filed on behalf of Armaan, hearing which the court refused to grant him bail. Actually, NCB had recovered some quantity of drugs during the raid from Armaan Kohli’s Juhu house. After which he was arrested for possessing drugs. Earlier, while rejecting his bail plea, the court had said – Chats and some videos have been found from Kohli’s mobile phone, which clearly shows that he was involved in illegal drug trafficking. After examining the material obtained during the investigation, it appears ‘prima facie’ that Kohli was ‘well connected with the co-accused related to illegal drug trafficking’. The chat between the accused was introduced.
