Uttarakhand / Pithoragarh : Congress roars, veteran leaders on stage and huge crowd in front

With the intention of winning the election battle of Pithoragarh, Congress has started Kisan Vijay Samaroh from Pithoragarh. The Congress wants to keep alive the issue of farmers’ victory over agricultural laws till the elections at all costs. The occasion may be of Kisan Vijay Samaroh, but the presence of all the Congress veterans on the stage was telling a lot. In this program, former CM Harish Rawat says that the crowd present has made it clear that the time has come for BJP to bid farewell to Uttarakhand. Leader of Opposition Pritam Singh also lashed out at the BJP government.

Congress has now focused on farmers to win the battle of assembly elections. After the withdrawal of all the three agricultural laws, the Congress is in no mood to let the BJP snatch the credit for it at any cost. This is the reason that all the big leaders of Uttarakhand Congress were present in the beginning of Kisan Vijay Samaroh. Leader of Opposition Pritam Singh said that in the past the Manmohan Singh government had waived the loans of the farmers, but the BJP government only intends to destroy the farmers. On this occasion, many leaders, including Harish Rawat, slammed the BJP from the stage for anti-farmer policies.

Has the factionalism of Congress ended?

According to the Congress, after the defeat in the by-elections, BJP did not want to withdraw the agricultural laws. At the same time, Congress leaders are also warning the farmers that if BJP wins, black laws may return again. Not only this, Congress has tried its best to show this occasion as the unity of all the factions. Perhaps this was the reason that from Harish Rawat to Pritam Singh, Ranjit Rawat, Devendra Yadav and Yashpal Arya all appeared together.

Former cabinet minister Yashpal Arya, who recently returned to the Congress from BJP, says that the way the farmers of the country are against the BJP, in the same way the Congress is getting the support of the farmers in Uttarakhand. Arya also said that along with the farmers, the interests of every section are being hurt, whose answer will be given to the BJP in the assembly elections. In this program, there is a discussion in the political circles about the huge crowd of people.
