‘It’s been 6 months, you are coming now’: High Court on Juhi Chawla’s appeal against 5G

The Delhi High Court on Thursday fixed January 25 for hearing the appeal of actress Juhi Chawla against the 5G wireless network technology (5G network case) and said that there is no need for urgent hearing on the matter. is not needed. In June, a single bench of the High Court had dismissed Juhi Chawla’s petition against 5G service. Juhi Chawla has challenged the decision of the single judge in this appeal.
A bench of Justice Vipin Sanghi and Justice Jasmeet Singh said that there are several matters listed for hearing before that and the judgment to which this appeal pertains was pronounced six months ago.
The bench said, “This order was passed in June. You are appealing now. six months later.”
Chawla’s lawyer Salman Khurshid said it was an “unfortunate” case and urged the court to give an early date of hearing.
