In the order issued by the Assistant Inspector General of Police, it is written that ‘constable driver 1555 Rakesh Rana, MTpool, Bhopal who is working as a driver on the vehicle of Special Director General of Police (Co-operative Fraud and Public Service Guarantee). On checking the turn out of the above constable driver, it was found that his hair has grown and mustache is on his neck in a strange design. Due to which the turnout looks very unsightly. The constable driver 1555 Rakesh Rana was instructed to cut his hair and mustache properly to fix his turn out.

The order was not followed by the said constable driver and maintained the stubbornness of keeping the hair and mustache as it is. Which comes under the category of indiscipline in uniform service. And this act has the opposite effect on other employees. Therefore, the said constable driver 1555 Rakesh Rana is suspended with immediate effect and living allowance will be given as per rules.
