This virtual public meeting was presided over by State President Madan Kaushik and conducted by Pushkar Singh Kala. Our Prime Minister had talked about double engine, the blessings we have got from our Prime Minister is increasing the possibilities for development. We have to carry forward the work of double engine government within the state. Works worth lakhs of crores will prove to be very important from the structural point of view of 2025. According to the guidelines of the Election Commission, we will go from house to house and tell our things to the public. The full blessings of the people are with us. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that we are in front of you in this virtual huge public meeting. The journey from 2017 to 2022 has been completed in the last five years. In this period, new steps of development have been climbed. More than 1.5 lakh crore schemes have been approved. The plans have landed. In 2014, you formed such a central government which keeps on thinking about you continuously. In 2017 a double engine government was formed in Uttarakhand. A lot of work has happened in Uttarakhand in the last 7 years. Today, the roads of the state are completely clean and the water of the roads is laid. All weather road is being built very well. Road condition has improved across the state.
He told that in the past, Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari had come to Khatima, he had said that we will organize the road till Kailash Mansarovar. Our culture and religion have flourished. The Prime Minister had said in Haldwani that he would approve the railway line from Tanakpur to Bageshwar on the lines of Karnprayag to Rishikesh. BJP does what it says. Today the air travel of the state has become very strong. Earlier our network was not that strong. He said that air travel is being strengthened at many places. We have progressed in every field.
