In the district Rampur of western Uttar Pradesh, an interesting battle will be seen in the assembly elections. Actually, in this district the pair of father and sons will be in the electoral fray. While Kazim Ali Khan will contest from the Congress symbol, Khan’s son Haider Ali Khan will contest from the other assembly seat in this district on the Apna Dal (S) symbol. Although earlier the Congress had made him a candidate from the Swar seat, but he joined his party before entering the election. Nawab Kazim Ali Khan alias Naved Mian, one of the richest candidates of Uttar Pradesh has been fielded by Congress from Rampur Sadar assembly seat.

Father-daughter clash in Auraiya’s Bidhuna seat!

A father-daughter fight is being seen in the Bidhuna seat of UP. While sitting MLA Vinay Shakya joined the SP, his daughter Riya Shakya, 25, has been fielded by the BJP from the same constituency. In such a situation, if the SP declares Vinay as the candidate on the seat, then there will be a father-daughter fight here. Even if his uncle Devesh is made a candidate, it will be a fight between uncle and niece.

A wall is being drawn in another political house in the UP elections. This is the political home of Swami Prasad Maurya, who recently resigned from the UP cabinet and rode the Samajwadi Party cycle. His daughter Sanghamitra Maurya is in BJP and is an MP from Badaun. Although their seat has not been decided yet, but Sanghamitra Maurya had recently said that the party will not ask the daughter and father to beat face to face and if they say, I will come on the back foot.

War between husband and wife in Sarojini Nagar seat

There is also a war between husband and wife in Sarojini Nagar assembly seat of Lucknow. Both husband and wife are claiming ticket for this seat in BJP. The wife is Swati Singh, a minister in the Yogi Adityanath government and her husband, Daya Shankar Singh, is the vice-president in the state unit of the BJP. Swati Singh is the sitting MLA from Sarojini Nagar and is keen to get a ticket for the second term.
