He said that till now the polling parties were dispatched 24 hours before the polling, but they have taken permission from the Election Commission to take them to the polling booths 72 hours before. From JCB, Cutter to SDRF will also go along
For the polling booths where there is a possibility of more snowfall, the Election Commission has made a strong plan on the ground as well. Chief Electoral Officer Sowjanya said that JCB, Cutter, PWD team, SDRF team will be deployed to facilitate easy access to polling parties. Wherever there will be a blockage of snow on the way, it will be cut and the way will be cleared.
