Legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar no more, breathed her last at the age of 92; All veterans including PM paid tribute

The country’s famous singer and known as Swara Kokila, Lata Mangeshkar has passed away. There is a wave of mourning in the Bollywood industry due to his death. His health had deteriorated on the previous day, after which he was kept in ventilator from ICU.

On Sunday, Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut tweeted and informed that legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar has passed away. Doctors had earlier informed on Saturday that Lata Mangeshkar was shifted from ventilator to ICU after her health was stable, but suddenly her health started deteriorating last day, after which she was again put on ventilator. He breathed his last in the hospital on Sunday morning.

She closely watched the changes in the Indian film industry for decades. Beyond films, she was always passionate about India’s development.
