Truckers’ demonstration against Justin Trudeau intensified in Canada, Canadian Prime Minister still in hiding!
Thousands of people in Canada are protesting vehemently against government orders like making vaccines mandatory and COVID restrictions. People are holding rallies and blocking roads in different cities of Canada. These demonstrations are peaceful but the number of people is so much that the police seem helpless. Police said on Saturday that some 5,000 people demonstrated in Ottawa.
At the same time, hundreds of protesters gathered in Canada’s largest cities such as Toronto, Quebec City, Fredericton and Winnipeg. Speaking to Reuters news agency, protester Robert in Toronto said that we are fed up and tired of mandates, threats and living in a huge prison. We just want to go back to normal days, without injecting poison into our veins which they are calling vaccine.
Movement started against Trudeau
The movement, named ‘Freedom Convoy’, started against the COVID vaccine mandate for cross-border trucks. Soon it turned into a giant rally of trucks aimed at public health measures and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. Protesters have cordoned off Ottawa’s downtown core for eight days. Trudeau has refused to meet these protesters, due to which the crowd has become more furious than before.

On Saturday, protesters were seen around a campfire outside Parliament, waving Canadian flags and raising anti-government slogans. These protesters, who were raising the slogan of ‘Azadi’, were faced with another ‘small’ demonstration which was shouting ‘go home’ in protest against them. Earlier, Trudeau had dismissed the disagreement of the truck drivers. He said that these truck drivers are not only disrespecting the science but also the health workers on the front lines.

He also claimed that around 90 per cent of truck drivers are doing the right thing and getting Canadians to have food on their tables. Thousands of truck drivers are gathering in Alberta and blocking the road between Canada and the United States. It is believed that more than 20 thousand trucks are involved in this convoy. Trudeau and his family had to flee to hide in a secret place due to increasing protests in the past. Due to being Corona positive, he is still in some secret place and is not meeting anyone.
