Electra EV, a company that manufactures powertrains for electric vehicles, customized the Lakhtakia car and gave it the form of an electric car. The company itself gave its information on LinkedIn. The company said that its founder Ratan Tata not only liked this car, but he also enjoyed the ride of the Nano EV. Electra EV has also shared a picture of Nano EV with Ratan Tata on social media. Shantanu Naidu is also seen in that picture with Ratan Tata, Nano EV, who is Ratan Tata’s associate. The company wrote along with the image, ‘This team is the Moment of Truth for the Electra EV, when our founder rode the custom-built Nano EV, which is built on the powertrain of the Electra EV. Features of Tata Nano EV
The Nano EV is a 4-seater car and has a range of 160 kms. This car accelerates from zero to 60 kmph in less than 10 seconds. Lithium ion battery has been used in this. Tata Motors says about this car that it gives a real car feel. Nothing has been compromised in our endeavor to provide eco-friendly personal transportation to the modern customers.
Brilliant 72V architecture
72V architecture has been used in this custom built Nano EV. The same powertrain has been used in the Tigor EV as well. The company made some modifications to its design and achieved the certified range of 213 km by the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI). In doing so, the company did not make any physical changes to the powertrain.
