American F-22 fighter jets arrive in UAE after Houthi attacks

The US has come forward to strengthen the security of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) after the Houthi rebels carried out air strikes on the United Arab Emirates (UAE). It sent a batch of its fighter jet F-22 here on Saturday. These fighter jets have been landed at Al Dafra Air Base in Abu Dhabi. At present, there are about two thousand American soldiers stationed in the UAE. American troops have been holding the front since the attack by Houthi rebels.

American troops launched Patriot interceptor missiles a few days ago. US troops have used the system since the 2003 US-led invasion of Iraq. US officials did not say how many F-22 fighter jets have been deployed in the UAE.

F-22 is the fifth generation fighter aircraft

Counted among the most advanced fighter aircraft in the world, the F-22 Raptor is the fifth generation fighter aircraft. Manufactured by the American company Lockheed Martin, the F-2215 was inducted into the US Air Force on December 2005. The US has so far made 195 units of the F-22, out of which 8 aircraft have been kept for testing. The remaining 187 F-22 Raptors serve in the US Air Force. Let us tell you that America came forward for the UAE, which is facing the attacks of the pro-Iranian Houthi rebels of Yemen. Last week, the US announced that it would deploy an F-22 fighter jet and a guided missile destroyer around the UAE.

A statement issued by the Central Command of the US Army said, ‘Only a friend is with another friend in times of crisis.’ The US general said that the US is working with its allies to find an “effective solution” to destroy enemy drones before they take off.
