Uttarakhand : Now there will be no corona test for passengers coming from other states at railway stations, bus stands and checkposts
After the rate of corona infection is very low in all the states of the country including Uttarakhand, the government and the government have decided to stop the corona screening of passengers coming from other states at railway stations, bus stands as well as checkposts located on the borders of the district. To be given As soon as the order came, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Manoj Upreti gave instructions to stop the corona investigation at all the checkposts including Railway Station, ISBT Bus Depot and Asharodi Checkpost with immediate effect. Passengers were facing a lot of problems due to corona screening of passengers coming from other states at all the checkposts including railway station, ISBT and Asharodi. The biggest problem was being faced by those railway passengers who, after traveling long distances in trains, had to stand in queues outside the railway station for a long time on reaching Dehradun.
More or less the same situation was also at all the checkposts including Asharodi, where passengers coming in four wheelers from other states had to get corona checked by waiting in lines. Now the passengers have got freedom from this hassle.
Chief Medical Officer Dr. Manoj Upreti said that on the instructions of the government, orders have been issued to stop the corona investigation at railway stations, ISBTs, checkposts at present. Now passengers do not need to get corona test done anywhere.
At present, the facility of RTPCR test will continue to be available in Doon Hospital, Coronation Hospital
