Another video of wrongdoing in voting in Uttarakhand goes viral! filed suit
A case of ineligible voting has come to light at a polling booth in the city. Police have started investigation by registering a case against unknown person. After the voting for the assembly elections in Uttarakhand, the process of different types of videos going viral is not stopping. Now one such video is going viral on social media, in which a child is seen casting his vote in the EVM.
In the viral video, the child is seen pressing the button in the EVM machine at the behest of a person. A case has been registered in this matter after it surfaced on social media. This video is being told of 59 Haldwani Vidhan Sabha.
Therefore, Assistant Returning Officer Kamal Joshi has filed a case against unknown people regarding this video which went viral on social media. Police have started investigation by registering a case against unknown people under the Representation of the People Act.
