2000 Indian students reached Romania border, 150 Himachalis also included

On Friday, about 2000 trainee doctors from India studying at the Bukovenian State Medical University (BSMU) in western Ukraine were safely evacuated to the Romania border. These include about 150 trainee doctors of the state.

It is reported that 500 trainee doctors will be taken to Delhi on Saturday morning by two special cargo aircraft, which will also include Himachali trainees. Due to this the parents heaved a sigh of relief. The medical university is about 25 kilometers from the border with Romania. It is being told that 1500 trainee doctors will be sent on Saturday and Sunday.

BSMU advisor Dr. Sunil Sharma told that the trainee doctors are being evacuated from there with the help of the Indian Embassy and the Central Government. Trainee doctors are being brought by special aircraft from Romania to Delhi on Saturday and Sunday. 2000 trainees of the university have been sent to the Romania border, of which 150 are Himachalis. He told that following the instructions of the embassy, ​​the trainee doctors reached the border of Romania by placing the Indian flag in front of the buses. After investigation here, he is getting admission in Romania. On the other hand, after getting off the buses, the students kept on completing the paper formalities by standing in queues on the border and were also seen eager to return to their homeland.
