Insurgents kill 300 Taliban fighters in battle to capture Panjshir
Big blow to the Taliban
After the capture of Kabul, the Taliban fighters are now moving towards the Panjshir Valley. Hundreds of fighters are heading towards the Panjshir Valley to capture the province of Panjshir, considered Afghanistan’s invincible fortress for the Taliban. However, it is reported that Panjshir has killed 300 Taliban people. According to the information received, Taliban had sent several fighters to attack Panjshir under the leadership of Qari Fasihud Din Hafizullah, but they were attacked by insurgents of Panjshir who were ambushed in Andrab Valley of Baglan province. The news of the death of 300 Taliban is coming in this attack.
On the other hand, Ahmed Shah, the 32-year-old son of Ahmed Shah Masood, who is called the Sher of Panjshir, had said on the move of the Taliban that they would not hand over the areas under their jurisdiction to the Taliban. Let us tell you that the Taliban has captured almost the whole of Afghanistan, the only area in the Panjshir Valley where it has been unable to establish its hold. Currently, 33 out of 34 provinces in Afghanistan are ruled by the Taliban. Ahmed Shah Masood said in an interview to a TV channel on Sunday that he would not go to war with the Taliban, but would oppose the Taliban attack if there was any movement from that side. He said that at present we are trying to find a solution to this issue by talking but if the talks fail then the war cannot be avoided.
In fact, capturing the Panjshir area of Afghanistan is no less than a dream come true for the Taliban. Panjshir is the only area in the whole of Afghanistan where neither the Taliban could rule 20 years ago nor now.
