Former Chief Minister Harish Rawat told reporters in a program that the Congress government would come in Uttarakhand. During this, he took a dig at Kailash Vijayvargiya’s presence in Uttarakhand and said that the expert of sabotage has been called by the BJP in Uttarakhand. This clearly shows that the BJP has come to know about the situation.
