The mystery behind the death of gangster Kanhaiya Yadav’s daughter Nisha aka Gudiya is still a mystery. The cause is not clear in the post-mortem report. Action was taken against Kanhaiya Yadav, a resident of Manrajpur, on behalf of the police under the Goonda Act and District Badar.
Regarding this matter, the police raided Manrajpur with Lashkar on Sunday. Later it was alleged that due to the brutality of the police, Kanhaiya’s daughter Nisha alias Gudiya died. According to the police, a total of six cases are registered against Kanhaiya Yadav.

The third case against Kanhaiya was written after four years in the year 2018 for stealing electricity by inserting a cut in the Electricity Act.
The employees were written to be beaten, harassed and seriously injured. Fifth case On the very first day of the year 2021, the first case was written in the Syedaraja police station under the Goondas Act. The sixth and last case was written in the year 2021 itself for entering the house and assaulting. At the same time, both sons of Kanhaiya Yadav, Deep Narayan Yadav and Vijay Yadav, have three cases each.
In the year 2021, a case of assault has been registered in the same incident, in which Kanhaiya Yadav, Vijay Yadav and Deep Narayan Yadav were named. That is, along with the father and both the brothers, daughter Gudiya alias Nisha was also nominated. At the same time, the second daughter Gunjan Yadav is named in the case of the year 2020, in which a case of assault and rioting was registered with a government employee. In this case, brother Vijay Yadav and Deep Narayan Yadav were nominated along with father Kanhaiya Yadav.
According to Kanhaiya Yadav’s daughter Gunja Yadav, her elder sister Nisha alias Gudiya died due to the brutal beating of the police. In this the police are directly to blame. At the same time, Gunja told that the marriage of Didi Nisha was also fixed in a village of Chandauli. She was to get married in June, although the date of marriage was not yet fixed.
Gunja told that when the policemen started beating him, he had also pleaded that Didi is going to get married, do not do this, but the policemen did not listen. Gunja told that on Monday his brother was also engaged. He told that the police were bent on terming the murder as a suicide. Gunja alleged that her sister was also beaten up by the police with a belt.
Samajwadi Party spokesperson Manoj Singh Kaka demanded that the Manrajpur incident be investigated under the supervision of a judicial officer. Said that when Kanhaiya Yadav’s daughter died in Manrajpur, the police fabricated the story of suicide and now an attempt is being made to cover up. The police themselves are the accused. In such a situation, there is a question on the impartiality of the accused to investigate the matter.
SP’s state spokesperson Manoj Kaka said that whenever the police conduct raids, they make video recordings of each and every activity. Now the question arises that where is the video recording of police activity in Manrajpur? Why is the district police hiding him? It should be brought to the fore so that people know what happened between Kanhaiya Yadav’s family and the police there? Said that laxity is also being taken in the medicine and treatment of Gunjan Yadav, who was injured in the case.
Former SP MP Ramkishun accused the Syedaraja police. Said that the innocent daughter lost her life due to the actions of the police. A day earlier, his elder brother was picked up by the police from the house. Then what was the point of raiding the next day? At whose behest was it raided again? This incident should be investigated.
Bhim Army national president Chandrashekhar spoke to the deceased girl Nisha’s father Kanhaiya Yadav on the phone. Chandrashekhar said that we are with you. Will help you in every way possible. We are with you in the fight for justice, if there is any need, feel free to remember me. Assured that if justice is not done, Bhim Army will also take to the streets and protest.
CPI(ML) District Secretary Com. Anil Paswan and members visited Manrajpur on Monday and met the victim’s family. Anil Paswan said that Nisha’s death is another episode of Yogi’s police inhumanity. A 302 case should be registered against the policemen who beat up Nisha and arrested her.
In view of the seriousness of the matter, the SP suspended Sayedaraja Inspector Uday Pratap Singh and directed the investigation. Later a case was registered against Inspector Uday Pratap, policeman Sanjay Singh and four women constables. They are accused of entering the house without permission, causing hurt and culpable homicide not amounting to murder. This action has been taken on the complaint of the girl’s father Kanhaiya Yadav.
