BJP has government in 18 states, 400 MPs and 1300 MLAs, but the journey is yet to come: PM Narendra Modi
Addressing the BJP’s national executive meeting in Jaipur, PM Narendra Modi called upon the workers that now we do not have to get tired and keep walking. He said that today BJP has government in 18 states. There are more than 1300 MLAs and more than 400 MPs. If we see these successes, then the natural mind is relaxed, but if we had to enjoy the power, then after getting so much in a vast country like India, we would have started taking rest. We do not accept this path. PM Narendra Modi told the workers that we still have a lot of work to do. The common people have to be made aware and the country has to be taken continuously on the path of development.
PM Narendra Modi said that those who have spent life for our country and party, they have not allowed us to rest. I am happy that BJP workers are working tirelessly. How can a party which has such workers not be proud. This month the BJP government at the Center is completing 8 years. These 8 years have been of resolution and accomplishment. The Prime Minister said that when the aspirations of 130 crore people of the country are awakened in this way, then the accountability of the governments increases. When the aspirations of the people increase, then the spirit of hard work also increases. This spirit will take the country to new heights in this nectar of independence. As BJP workers, we have no right to sit comfortably.
He said that the people of the country were looking at the BJP with great faith and hope. We have a huge responsibility to fulfill their hope and aspiration. In this elixir of independence, the country is setting goals for the next 25 years for itself. For BJP too, this is the time to set goals for the next 25 years. We have to fulfill the expectations of the people of the country. Our philosophy is Integral Humanism of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay and our mantra is Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas. When a person suffering from a serious disease does not recover even after long treatment, then he considers the disease as his destiny. He accepts it as the truth and learns to live in it. He starts thinking that somehow the day will pass.
People were hopeless from previous governments, now aspirations have arisen
This happens in the life of the nation as well. It happened in India too that the thinking of the people had become such that there is no support now, now one has to survive in this. They had neither any expectation from the government nor the governments were understanding any accountability towards them. The people of the country had decided to write a new history in 2014. After that BJP has brought the country out of this thinking. Today the citizen of India wants to see the work being done, wants the result. Apart from political gains and losses, I consider it a positive change in the people.

PM Modi said that this meeting is being held in Rajasthan and in the meantime it is natural to remember Sunder Singh Bhandari. I got an opportunity to walk by holding the fingers of many people who belonged to Rajasthan and laid down their lives to build the party. One such personality was Bhairon Singh Shekhawat. Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the lotus flower has been created, it contains inspiring stories of those people who gave their lives. For India, this time of the 21st century is very important for India. I also told the Red Fort that this is the time and the right time. A sense of hope was awakened in the world towards India. Similarly, in India, the public has had a special experience towards the BJP.
