Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto mentioned Kashmir in UNSC, India reprimanded it, said – it was a rote reaction

India on Friday targeted Pakistan for making “inappropriate remarks” on Jammu and Kashmir at the United Nations Security Council (UNSC). India has said that Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s remarks at the UNSC is a “rote-by-rote reaction” aimed at misusing any forum and subject to spread false and malicious propaganda against New Delhi.
This reaction of India was a meeting of the Security Council by Bilawal. In which the abolition of most of the provisions of Article 370 of the Constitution giving special status to Jammu and Kashmir and the Delimitation Commission in the Union Territory was done by the Commission. This comes after the issue of recent recommendations was raised.
Rajesh Parihar, envoy of India’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations, said, “The representative of Pakistan has made inappropriate remarks, which are nothing but a ‘rote-of-reaction’. The purpose of which is to misuse any platform and every subject to spread false and malicious propaganda against my country.
Establishment of international peace and security
India exercised its right to respond in the open discussion of the Security Council organized by the US on the topic ‘Establishment of International Peace and Security, Conflict and Food Security’. Parihar said, “The Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh have always been, are and will be an integral and inseparable part of India. These include those areas which are under illegal occupation of Pakistan. No rhetoric or propaganda made by any country can deny this fact.”
Pakistan curb terrorism
He said, “Pakistan can make only one contribution and that is to put an end to state-sponsored terrorism. As far as his other comments are concerned, we will treat him as he deserves.” Bilawal, who arrived in New York on his first visit to the US as foreign minister, raised the issue of Kashmir in a press conference held on Thursday. “As far as our relations with India are concerned, these have been particularly complicated by the recent steps taken in Kashmir. These include declaring Article 370 ineffective on August 5, 2019 and the recent recommendations made by the Delimitation Commission in Jammu and Kashmir.
