Uttarakhand / Haridwar : The young man had to jump in the Ganges at Har Ki Paidi, died due to hitting his head on the stone

Sometimes the negligence of the travelers and sometimes the local people at the Ganga Ghats cost their lives. Despite this, people are not taking the name of recovery. On Thursday midnight, jumping off a bridge in Har Ki Paidi area costed the life of a passenger. The young man was injured due to his head hitting a stone lying in the water. He died on the way to hospital. The deceased has not been identified yet.

Har Ki Paidi Chowki Police received information at around 12 o’clock in the night that a young man who jumped from the bridge and jumped into the Ganges has suffered serious head injuries. The people around the youth immediately pulled the youth out of the Ganges. After this, the police immediately reached the spot and took the 30-year-old youth, who was covered in blood, to the district hospital. But by then it was too late. The young man died before reaching the hospital.

Padi outpost in-charge Mukesh Thaledi said that the identity of the youth could not be ascertained. The young man had come to bathe at Har Ki Padi alone. Due to which he has not been identified yet. The youth is being identified. The body has been sent for postmortem. At the same time, Doctor Ataur Rehman says that the youth had a deep injury on his head and chest.
