Uttarakhand / Nainital : Police released traffic plan for Kainchi Dham Mela

This year the fair is being organized on 15th June at Kainchi Dham after two years. In which more than two lakh devotees are expected to reach. During the fair, the police have diverted all the routes to improve the traffic system.

▪️On June 15, heavy vehicles going from Haldwani to Almora-Pithoragarh, private vehicles will leave from Quarab to Almora via Khutani Mor, Padampuri-Pokhara-Kashiylekh-Sheetala-Mona-Lveshal from 5 am.

▪️Heavy vehicles, passenger vehicles, private vehicles going from Nainital to Almora Pithoragarh will pass through Bhowali Ramgarh Tirahe and overtake Malla Ramgarh, Nathuwakhan Quarb.

▪️Heavy vehicles, passenger vehicles, private vehicles coming from Almora-Pithoragarh will leave from Khutani band towards Bhimtal from Quarab bridge via Mona-Lveshal-Sheetla Padampuri from 05 am.

▪️Heavy vehicles, passenger vehicles coming from Ranikhet will leave from Khairna bridge via Karav via Mona-Lveshal Padampuri towards Bhimtal via Khutani band.

▪️Two wheelers coming from Bhowali side will not cross the forest barrier. Shuttle service (taxi and bus) on this barrier will also be stopped and sent back. Shuttle service going from Bhowali to Kainchi Dham will take a ride on Jungle ruins and go back to Bhowali.

▪️Visitors coming from Khairna towards Kainchi will take the shuttle service to Paneeram Dhaba to drop the passengers back. Visitors, passenger vehicles coming from Khairna to Kainchi Dham will park their vehicles at the vacant place in front of the petrol pump in Khairna and will travel from there to Paniram Dhaba by shuttle service.

▪️Correspondence is being done with the military officers to ban the movement of army vehicles on the said date. At the same time, strict action will be taken against those who drive vehicles without helmets, for overloading and speeding vehicles on every road, drunken driving and dividing three passengers in two wheelers.
