A recovery notice of one crore 84 lakh rupees has been sent to the management by the Labor Department to get about two and a half months salary of 354 workers fired from Interark Company. The lockout done by the Interark Company has been declared illegal by the government.

Assistant Labor Commissioner ALC Arvind Saini said that the data of the workers has been sought by sending a notice to the company management. A total salary of one crore 84 lakh rupees is payable to 354 workers for two and a half months. On the other hand, Interark’s HR and Admin BV Sridhar said that a recovery notice of Rs. The children said that 36 workers in Kichha plant were suspended within three months by making false allegations in violation of the company’s standing order. The wages of workers have also not been increased for four years. He said that if there is no solution to any problem, then on June 22, Bal Panchayat will be held again. Daljit Singh, Virendra Kumar, Kailash Bhatt, Laxman Singh, Ashok Singh, Sandeep, Kumkum, Anshu, Anshika etc. were the presidents of Interark Mazdoor Sangathan.
