Some people caught a crocodile and brought it to the hospital. To get X-rays done. These people said that there is a child in the stomach of the crocodile. He also said that the crocodile swallowed the child in front of him.

Crocodile swallows child on Deva river

According to media reports, on Sunday, a child came near Devha river in Meherban Nagar village of Udham Singh Nagar district. He was grazing his cows and buffaloes there. During this, he went to bathe in the river with two other children. According to the people of the village, the child was sitting on the back of a buffalo in the river when suddenly a crocodile attacked the child. Sardar Ramswaroop Singh, who was present there during the incident, told that there was not much water in the river at that time, so many people were crossing the river. According to Ramswaroop Singh, the crocodile had pounced on the child’s neck. He told that before people could understand anything, he swallowed the child. After this the villagers started in search of that crocodile to save the child. According to the news, the villagers caught three crocodiles in this attempt. One of them was the fear of having a child. After this, with the help of forest department personnel and police, the villagers controlled the crocodile.

The crocodile was brought to the hospital for X-rays

Then he was brought to the Civil Hospital in Khatima for an X-ray of the crocodile. There he got an X-ray done. But the child could not be found in his stomach. However, the villagers did not agree to this. Their demand was that the X-ray of the crocodile should be done in the animal hospital. On the demand of the villagers, that crocodile was taken to the veterinary hospital in Pantnagar for X-ray. There also nothing came out in the X-ray.

At the same time, the crocodile who was caught during this time died. Later his last rites were performed. Some villagers say that when this crocodile was caught, during that time the crocodile that attacked the child must have got out of hand. At the same time, till the time of writing the news, nothing could be known of the child. People present during the incident still say that the crocodile had attacked the child and dragged him inside the river.
