Uttar Pradesh : Seeing the bulldozer walking on the platform of the house, the old man died of shock! The relatives pleaded for justice
Elderly Hardam Singh (90) died of cardiac arrest during the removal of illegal possession from JCB by the revenue team at village Bahawadi in Shamli, Uttar Pradesh. The village head had complained to the DM about illegal occupation of the main road of the village by a person. Seeing the action of the revenue team, which went with the police on the complaint, the old man died of cardiac arrest.
Illegal possession by making a platform
The platform was built outside the house of Hardam Singh’s brother Ompal Singh in Bahawadi village of Shamli. It was on the main road of the village. Village head Nirmala Devi had complained to DM Jasjit Kaur a few days ago that the platform built outside Ompal Singh’s house on the main road of the village was illegally occupied.
On the complaint of the village head, the revenue team along with the police went to remove the occupation. Seeing the action by the revenue team bulldozers on the platform outside the brother’s house, Hardam Singh’s heart stopped. He died of cardiac arrest. The relatives have blamed the revenue team and Pradhan and demanded their arrest.
