It is being told that the SSP has suspended the Bindal outpost in-charge under Garhi Cantt police station area. The case is being told of not registering the FIR and misbehaving with the complainants.
According to media reports, it is alleged that the Bindal outpost in-charge did not register the FIR of the stolen vehicles and also misbehaved with the complainants. When the matter reached the SSP, immediate action was taken in the matter. It is being told that Dehradun SSP Dalip Singh Kunwar has immediately suspended Bindal outpost in-charge Kamal Rawat. Kamal was made in-charge of Bindal outpost a month ago. At the same time, the investigation of this matter has been given to CO CT Narendra Pant.
It is being told that Dehradun SSP has clearly told other personnel that if the victims arriving at the police station and outposts are not properly heard and their FIR is not registered, then action will be taken against such police officers.
