An MBBS student of Government Medical College has accused her classmate of indecency and molestation (MBBS student accused of molestation). On the complaint of the girl student, the police have started investigation by registering a case against the accused student.

A student studying MBBS at the Government Medical College, Haldwani, has given a complaint to the Kotwali police, saying that a student studying together should be provided with course-related notebooks several times. Meanwhile, the student borrowed money from him several times citing his weak financial condition, where the student had a debt of ₹ 33 thousand. During this, when the student asked him for his notebook and money, the student refused to give it. Put. After which he complained to the college administration, then the college administration somehow got the notebook and money back. But the student started molesting and abusing her.

The student alleged that on July 13, a classmate, after abusing and assaulting her outside a clinic on Rampur Road, grabbed her and took her to the back of the building, where she molested her. The student alleged that the student often molests her and uses abusive language. After which the student has filed a case against the student in Haldwani Kotwali. On the other hand, Haldwani Kotwali SSI Vijay Singh Mehta says that on the complaint of the girl student, a case has been registered against the accused student under relevant sections and investigation has been started.
