Senior Congress leader Digvijaya Singh has taken a jibe at PM Narendra Modi while paying tribute to former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Today is the fourth death anniversary of former PM and Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee. On this occasion, Digvijay Singh paid tribute to former late PM Atal Bihar Vajpayee through a tweet, but also took a jibe at PM Modi. He had said that today the country’s economy is passing through a phase when the value of one dollar has reached 80 rupees. He said that during the tenure of Congress, Modi had made an issue of the value of rupee against the dollar.

He had said that Modi himself had raised the issue of black money during the Congress rule, but during his tenure the money deposited in Swiss banks has increased. Digvijay Singh had said that it is impossible to question PM Modi as he does not hold press conferences.
