Uttarakhand / Dehradun : Case of assault with businessman in police station, station in-charge line spot, investigation handed over to SP City

In the case of assault and misbehavior, the accused Dalanwala police station in-charge has been put on line, while not listening to the application of the complainant. Dehradun SSP has handed over the investigation of the entire episode to SP City. The matter is related to the police station Dalanwala area, where in a property dispute, the complainant wandered around the police station-post from August 15, but no action was taken.
In such a situation, angry traders surrounded the Dehradun SSP and threatened to close the city by the incident of misbehavior and assault with the complainant. After which Dehradun SSP Dalip Singh Kunwar has handed over the investigation of the entire episode to SP City Sarita Doval, while presenting the line to police station in-charge PK Bhatt till the investigation is done. Tenant businessman trapped in the midst of property dispute: According to the complainant (businessman) Raja Singh, he has an interior designing showroom in a rented building in EC Road, Dehradun. The owner of the building died a few days ago, after which there was a dispute over property in Dehradun among others in his family including the daughter-in-law. Meanwhile, the daughter-in-law of the family also got into a dispute with the tenant Raja Singh over the transaction of rent.
Raja Singh alleges that the accused woman not only vandalized the cameras, lights and other items of his showroom but also kept his employees hostage for 2 days by locking the building of the shop. After this incident, the complainant Raja Singh (Omplainant Raja Singh) also gave a complaint in the police station Dalanwala, but under the pressure of the accused woman, the application was not heard. Not only this, the businessman alleges that he was assaulted and misbehaved with him in the police station.
