Uttarakhand : Trivendra’s support to Congress in UKSSSC paper leak, VIS appointment case? CBI probe justified

Former CM Trivendra Singh Rawat has justified Congress’s demand for a CBI inquiry in the UKSSSC paper leak and assembly appointments case. He said that if people’s representatives break the constitutional limits while sitting on constitutional posts, then who will protect the law. He said that it is very unfortunate. Do people elect public representatives so that you do good to your relatives? He said that this recruitment is also against the Employee Service Manual.

Former CM Trivendra Singh Rawat, who reached Haridwar’s state guest house, Dam Kothi, spoke in detail to the journalists on various recruitment scams. He said that a 7-judge bench of the Supreme Court had clarified in the case of Uma Devi Vs Karnataka Government that what would be the back door recruitments and which process would be considered transparent. This recruitment is also against him. He said that wherever the money of the government exchequer is going, there should be complete transparency.

Trivendra Singh Rawat said that no recruitment has taken place in the assembly during his tenure.
