Uttar Pradesh / Meerut : Divorce was given by saying that the wife was fat, the husband was taken to the lockup by the police

In Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, a 28-year-old woman was given triple talaq by her husband only because she had become fat after marriage. Taking action on the complaint of the woman, the police have arrested the accused husband. The couple was married eight years ago. The two also have a seven-year-old son.
