The miscreants stormed the house of a contractor late on Monday night. The miscreants intimidated the contractor and his wife with the help of weapons. Along with this, Rs 5.70 lakh kept in the house and jewelery worth lakhs of rupees was looted.

The number of miscreants is being told five

After committing the crime, the miscreants fled from the spot. The number of miscreants is said to be five. After the information, the Jhabreda police station reached the spot, along with the villagers, cobbed overnight in search of the miscreants. Nothing has been found about the miscreants. Anuj Ashtwal, a resident of Fakkarhedi village of Jhabreda police station area, does contracting in government departments. His wife is a teacher in a government school. Recently he has built a two-storey house on the outskirts of the village. On Monday night, Anuj Ashtwal was discussing with some people of the village regarding the election of the village head.

Rs 5.70 lakh and jewelery looted

Around 11.30 the villagers left from there. When Anuj Ashtwal was going to the upstairs room by closing the door. So at the same time three miscreants entered the house by climbing the wall. The miscreants pointed a pistol at his forehead. After this said that whoever has cash and jewelery in the house, hand it over to them.

The miscreants took him to the room. The miscreants opened the cupboard from his wife on the strength of weapons and looted Rs 5.70 lakh and jewelery kept there. Apart from this, the coil and chain and ring were also looted from the ears of his wife. After this, the miscreants fled from there through the fields, threatening them.

It is told that two miscreants were standing outside the house for surveillance. After the miscreants left, Anuj raised an alarm. The villagers gathered on hearing the noise. After getting information about the incident, Police Station Officer Sanjeev Thapliyal reached the spot along with the police force and inquired about the entire incident.

Along with the villagers, cobbing in search of miscreants. The SHO said that a report of the incident has been registered. The search for the miscreants is on. Soon the miscreants will be caught.
