Uttarakhand / Uttarkashi : Fourth crook of BTS machine theft arrested
The police has also arrested the fourth crook of the international gang who sold BTS (Base Trans Receiver Station) 5G machines from mobile towers and sold them abroad. The police had already arrested three miscreants to the gang.
On August 7 last month, technician Surendra Kumar Patel of Indus Company had lodged a complaint with Kotwali about the theft of BTS 5G machines from the mobile towers of Airtel Company. Market outpost in-charge Prakash Rana said that the fourth person Ahil was also involved in the case. Ahil has been arrested from Manera area of Uttarkashi. Ahil had told the accused arrested earlier that the said machines are sold very expensive. They had stolen the machines only on the behest of Ahil.
