This time 32 lakh (registered) pilgrims have traveled so far in Char Dham Yatra, with the blessings of Maa Ganga and Baba Kedar, the journey is going smoothly and safely. During the Kavad Yatra, about 4 crore Kavadia Shiva devotees came to Uttarakhand. For the first time, our government made a budget provision in the Kavad Yatra.
Yoga guru Swami Ramdev said that Uttarakhand is going to become a spiritual and cultural capital under the leadership of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. For Uttarakhand to lead the world in the field of Ayurveda, Patanjali is working shoulder to shoulder with the government, for which we will invest more than 1 thousand crores. He said that the development of a youthful state can be possible only with a young Chief Minister. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Dhami, the state of Uttarakhand is the first in the country to implement Uniform Civil Code. Acharya Balkrishna said that under this campaign, we are trying to connect nature with culture. He said that surely we will all return with this campaign with a new dimension and destination, through this track we will work to find such botanical medicines which are not in any list, they called this travel track a research based journey.
It is worth mentioning that the expedition of mountaineering and exploration in Raktavan Glacier area of Gangotri is being done jointly by Nehru Mountaineering Institute, Uttarkashi and Patanjali Ayurved, Haridwar and Indian Mountaineering Institute under the leadership of Acharya Balkrishna for 15 days. During this joint expedition, the work of climbing unnamed and unmounted mountain peaks and exploration in this inaccessible region of the Himalayas will be completed. After independence in this area, the work of exploration was done in 1981 by Joint Indo-French Exploration Team. Despite the tireless efforts of this exploration team, it was successful in visiting only half of the area. After this, till date no team has gone in search of climbing and vegetation in this area. This joint expedition will be carried out by Colonel Amit Bisht, Principal of the institute, besides Sena Medal, two mountaineering instructors of the institute Deep Shahi, Vinod Gusain and Bihari Singh Rana (IMF Representative). With this, a 7-member team under the leadership of Acharya Balkrishna from Patanjali Yogpeeth Haridwar is participating in this joint campaign. The main objective of this joint expedition is to climb the unnamed and unmounted mountain peaks located in the inaccessible region of the Himalayas, Raktvan Glacier, as well as to undertake exploration work in the area. In which information related to medicinal plants found in this area will be collected. Will conduct a joint survey of medicinal plants and mountaineering in the difficult and heterogeneous geographical area located in the Himalayas.
