Uttarakhand : Hakam Singh’s assets worth crores will soon be seized in UKSSSC paper leak case, illegal funds freeze in bank accounts

STF has started action to confiscate properties worth crores of copying mafia Hakam Singh Rawat. STF and Revenue Police did a joint investigation of the resort and building constructed in village Sidri located in Mori of the accused.

Investigation found that the resort was built on the land of the state government, as well as illegal buildings were found to be constructed on the land of Govind Vanjiya Vihar Purola. Along with this, two apple orchards have also been created after encroaching and capturing the land of the state government.
Freeze has been done to more than 16 lakhs
Under the Gangster Act, seven bank accounts of Hakam have been unearthed, in which transactions worth lakhs have taken place in the last year. More than 16 lakh illegal funds have been frozen in these accounts.

Apart from this, about five thousand square meters of land in Kotgaon, 1250 square meters of land near village inner, more than 3000 square meters of land near Kot village as well as 2850 square meters of land near inner as well as three storeys in Dehradun on 1000 square meters of land in Dehradun. The records of the house have been included in the investigation by the STF.
Their estimated value is likely to be in crores. Along with the Innova vehicle, some vehicles in the name of others have also been detected in the movable property. Soon legal action is being taken against illegally acquired property.
