CBI raids in Dehradun in child pornography case, interrogates many people

Public relations officer RK Gaur gave information about the CBI raids in Dehradun. The CBI has registered two cases of Circulation of Child Sexual Exploitation Material (CSEM), he said. Interpol had told the CBI that material related to physical abuse of children is being shared on the Internet in India and some other countries. Initial information was received from Interpol New Zealand.
This operation has been named Megh Chakra by the CBI. Under this, raids have been conducted at 56 locations in 20 states. Dehradun is also one of these. According to sources, 10 people have been questioned at three places here. The IP addresses of their devices have come to the fore in making such content viral. In such a situation, these people can also be arrested.
