Maharashtra / Mumbai : Attention Explosion in electric scooter charging at home, 7-year-old child dies

7-year-old child died after electric stover’s battery exploded. This incident is from the Vasai area of Mumbai, the capital of Maharashtra. Due to the explosion, the child’s body was burnt to 70 percent. This incident of blast in Stoker took place on the night of 23 September. Sabbir Ansari was sleeping in the hall with his grandmother in his house located in Ram Das Nagar. It is being told that Ansari’s father had put the electric stover for charging before sleeping. A sudden bang was heard between 4:30 am and 5:00 am, which woke the parents of the child.
Grandmother suffered minor injuries in the accident
Ansari was burnt after being hit by the blast, he was quickly taken to the hospital. After several days of treatment, the child finally died. At the same time, his grandmother has suffered minor injuries in this accident. It is not clear when the scooter’s battery was put in charge. The family members of the victim claim that it was installed for charging at 2:30 in the morning.
Victim’s family members are blaming the scooter manufacturer
Inspector Sampat Patil of Manikpur police station said, “We have registered a case of death under accident. Till now we have not received any complaint from the family members of the victim. The scooter is of 2021 model. The investigation of this matter is ongoing. Initially it is believed that this accident may have happened due to over-heating. Ansari’s family members are blaming the scooter manufacturer.
