Uttarakhand : Chargesheet filed in court against 10 accused in UKSSSC paper leak case, Gangster Act imposed on Hakam
In the UKSSSC paper leak case, a chargesheet has been filed in the court against ten more accused including the main accused Hakam Singh. STF has so far arrested 41 accused in this case. According to STF SSP Ajay Singh, the process of arrest is going on. Gangster Act has been imposed on 21 accused including Hakam Singh.
What is UKSSSC paper leak case
UKSSSC had conducted the graduation level examination in three shifts on 4th and 5th December 2021. In which about 1 lakh 60 thousand candidates had given the exam. The examination in which 916 candidates were selected, but unemployed organizations and many students had met the Chief Minister and demanded an inquiry into the irregularities in this examination. In view of the seriousness of the matter, a case was registered on July 22 on the instructions of the Chief Minister, in which 41 accused have been arrested so far.
Who got arrested?
Let us inform that many main accused like mastermind Sadiq Musa and Hakam Singh have been arrested in UKSSSC 2021 paper leak case. 41 people have been arrested in the case from Uttarakhand to UP Lucknow. In this, two additional private secretaries of Uttarakhand Secretariat, including Rajesh Chauhan, owner of Lucknow Printing Press, judicial personnel of Nainital district courts, policemen from Udham Singh Nagar, Hakam Singh of Uttarkashi, Kendrapal, Manral, Manoj Joshi were among the most discussed. STF has been sent behind bars.
Bulldozer ran at the resort of main accused Hakam Singh
The luxurious resort of Hakam Singh of Uttarkashi, one of the main accused in the UKSSSC paper leak case, has been bulldozed. The villagers took out the windows, doors, ceilings, furniture and other items including carved wooden pillars on the resort and kept them safe before demolition. After that the volume of the structure of the luxurious resort was demolished by running a bulldozer on a wall.
Why was Hakam Singh’s resort demolished?
In fact, after coming to the fore as the mastermind of the copying gang, the property of Hakam Singh was investigated and it was found that he has a luxurious resort on the land of Govind Wildlife Vihar in Sankri, Uttarkashi. This resort is made of deodar wood. Not only this, the operation of the resort was also being done illegally. Apart from this, Hakam Singh has also made two apple orchards by occupying the government land.
